Purchase your favorite merch items online in advance.
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
When you arrive at the festival, head to the Main Merch Tent – your package will be waiting for you there.The Main Merchandise is open everyday during the festival from 10:00 AM until 6:00AM.
Don't forget to pick up your order by the 16th of August, 6:00 AM!
Show your confirmation email and order ID, and our merch team will hand over your package. Easy and fast!
Once your order is confirmed, your items are reserved exclusively for you.
First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at merch@sziget.hu with your full name and the email you used to order, and we’ll check your order's status.
Yes, you can return items picked up via Click & Collect within 14 days after receiving them, as part of our 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
During the Sziget Festival 2026, you may also initiate a return in person at the official merchandising shop.
Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item.
Note that certain items (such as personalized products, perishable goods, or sale items) are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive and approve your return, using your original payment method.

If you’d like to make changes to your order, send us an email at merch@sziget.hu by August 3rd — we’ll try to accommodate your request, depending on available stock.
You can cancel your Click & Collect order by emailing us before August 5, 24:00. If you cancel by this deadline, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
After August 5, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, if you don’t pick up your order at the event, you can still request a refund within 30 days after August 11, but the Click & Collect fee (10 EUR / 4000 HUF) will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that orders cannot be collected after the event.
If you prefer to pay with cash, you'll still need to place your order online first. After ordering, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and the unpaid items listed.
To complete your payment, you must go to an OTP Bank branch and pay there. Don’t forget to include your order number in the payment reference!
Important: The payment must be initiated by August 3st, otherwise your order will be automatically cancelled.
Once you arrive at the festival, go to the Main Merch Tent, show your confirmation email and order ID, and you can collect your merch!
You can also top-up your wristbrand at the festival and shop at the official merchandise shops with many more items in stock!
Yes – as long as they have your order confirmation email and order number.
Important: You can only collect your order, if you have a valid Sziget Festival ticket.The Main Merch Tent is open every day from 10:00 AM until 6:00 AM.
Make sure to collect your order by August 16th at 6:00 AM, before the tent closes for the final time!
We recommend picking up your merch early in the day to avoid the evening rush!
If your order is not picked up during the festival, we cannot ship it after the event, and no refunds will be issued. Please make sure to visit the Main Merch Tent before the end of the festival (August 16th, 6 AM).

We offer a full size range for most apparel, but stock is limited – so ordering early gives you the best chance of getting your preferred size.
Due to limited onsite stock, we unfortunately cannot offer size exchanges during the festival. Sizes are subject to availability and based on the current festival inventory, so we recommend ordering early for the best selection and double-checking the size guide before you place your order.
Yes – we do not offer online-exclusive items. However, we recommend pre-ordering your merch because sizes and stock are limited, and securing your favorites in advance helps avoid disappointment.You’ll also find even more products available at the festival store, so be sure to stop by and check out the full collection!
